Job Summary
Overview
Were seeking a part-time Walmart Marketplace Specialist (Contractor) to manage and optimize our presence across multiple brands. This is a hands-on execution-focused role for someone who is deeply experienced in Walmart Seller Center and can independently manage catalog health case resolution fulfillment and brand protection at scale. Retail media experience is a plus.

- 2 years of hands-on Walmart Marketplace / Seller Center experience
- Proven expertise in catalog maintenance case filing and Buy Box protection
- Experience managing WFS and/or Seller Fulfilled operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple brands
- Ability to work independently in a part-time contract-based role
Additional Information :
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations in Walmart Seller Center across multiple brands ensuring account health and compliance
- Manage catalog setup and maintenance including item creation attributes content and variations
- Identify and resolve listing issues such as suppressions content errors and item mismatches
- File manage and escalate Walmart support cases to resolution
- Monitor and protect Buy Box ownership and address unauthorized sellers or listing hijacks
- Manage and optimize fulfillment operations (WFS and/or Seller Fulfilled)
- Monitor in-stock rates shipping performance lead times and chargebacks
- Support launches promotions and assortment expansion across brands
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support Walmart growth initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience with Walmart Connect / retail media
- Familiarity with campaign setup optimization and performance reporting
- Experience in consumer health or regulated product categories
