Role: Oracle Apps Finance Techno-Functional Lead

Location: Tulsa OK (Onsite 3days/week)

Duration: 12 months contract

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience with at least 5 years in a Lead Or Senior Developer role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL AP AR FA CM SLA).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL PL/SQL Oracle Forms/Reports BI Publisher Workflow and OA Framework.
• Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions).
• Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades patches and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance IT controls and financial system security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design development and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
• Partner with Finance Accounting and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions interfaces conversions and reports (RICE components).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards and project timelines.
• Manage system configurations performance tuning and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Lead and support EBS upgrades patches and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and deployment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOX security and data governance standards in financial systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance automation and scalability.
