The Role

Youll play a key role within the bodyshop delivering right-first-time repairs to manufacturer standards while supporting the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strip & refit vehicles in line with job cards
• Carry out mechanical electrical & diagnostic work
• Replace components and panels to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure correct parts and repair methods are used
• Complete QC checks and final sign-off
• Support and mentor junior technicians
• Maintain a safe clean and efficient workshop

What Were Looking For

• 2 years experience in an MET / Bodyshop role
• NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Proactive team-focused attitude
