Required Attributes :

Experience of 2- 4 years in a patient coordinator or clinical associate role preferably within the healthcare industry or relevant training and/or certifications as a Patient Coordinator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately empathetically and effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions.
