Sales Director IT Services - India (Remote Role)
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our IT Services sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the Information Technology sector with a strong emphasis on IT service sales and account management. This is a full-time proactive role based in Delhi demanding a professional and formal approach to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the IT Services market across India.
- Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Cultivate and manage key client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Drive business development initiatives focusing on ServiceNow Salesforce and broader IT service sales.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate closely with marketing product and delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience.
- Manage sales pipelines forecast sales revenue accurately and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in IT Sales with a significant portion dedicated to IT service sales and account management.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling solutions related to ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Good to have exposure of International Market (North America Europe UAE UK)
- Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team and achieve significant revenue growth in complex markets.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT market and its diverse business needs.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Marketing Computer Science) is required. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Open to travel as needed internationally.
