Qualification & Experience
Medical Qualification: MBBS (Preferably); MBA (Hospital Administration) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 8 years overall experience.
- At least 2 4 years in a leadership role (Medical Superintendent / Facility Director /Unit Head).
- Prior experience in Mother & Child / Women & Child Hospital is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations clinical governance and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall leadership and administration of the Mother & Child Hospital.
- Set up hospital operations including clinical services support services staffing SOPs and policies before commissioning.
- Ensure high standards of clinical governance patient safety quality and accreditation readiness.
- Manage medical nursing paramedical and administrative teams; ensure optimal manpower planning and performance management.
- Oversee statutory compliances NABH / regulatory requirements and local health authority norms.
- Drive financial performance budgeting cost control and revenue optimisation.
- Liaise with corporate office and senior management for strategic alignment and reporting.
