Job Summary

Title: Network & Security Architect Lead
Shift: Night (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST 45 hours/week)
Location: Any NTT India office (Hybrid)
Job Type: Long Term Contract

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Network and Security Architect Lead to oversee operations across the India region. This leadership role requires active participation in critical P1/P2 incident calls guiding and supporting team members while ensuring seamless resolution of complex technical challenges.

Core Requirements

Experience:
- 13-15 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant expertise in network and security domains
- At least 10 years of hands-on work with Palo Alto technologies
- 3-4 years of experience with F5
Certifications (must hold one of the following combinations):

PCNSE CCIE (Routing & Switching)
PCNSE CCIE (Data Center)
PCNSE CCNP (Routing & Switching)

Technical Skills

Firewall & Security: Palo Alto (including Prisma Access / Prisma SASE) PCNSE certified
Networking: Routing & Switching (BGP EIGRP switching technologies) Cisco platforms
Load Balancing: F5
Additional Expertise: SD-WAN AWS networking

Key Competencies & Experience

12 years of advanced network troubleshooting with at least 5 years in network/security administration
Strong command of routing protocols (EIGRP BGP) and switching technologies
Proven ability to design scalable resilient network architectures
Deep knowledge of Palo Alto architecture (templates stacks GlobalProtect) and advanced troubleshooting (packet captures debugs)
Demonstrated success in analyzing complex issues and delivering optimal solutions
Network design experience is a significant advantage
