Roles And Responsiblities:

• Drive SLA compliance

o Resolve day to day Tickets within SLAs

o Deliver Change requests as per committed timelines.

o Update documentation based on Resolutions and Change requests.

o Ensuring all the Issue & Change tickets are available in the change management tool and follow the process defined.

o For all issues performing the Root Cause Analysis and initiate Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA’s) to avoid recurrence.

o For all changes performing effort estimation calculation and providing a plan for deployments.

o Responsible for the plans & delivery and track the actuals.

o Perform Impact assessments on requirements

Scope Of Work:

Consultant to support Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (Client/DRL) to deliver support and enhancements for SAP Applications and work with functional consultant to resolve the issues. • Issues and Bugs resolution that requires change in system configuration or custom objects.
