We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Electrophysiology to provide coverage at a well-established facility in Flagstaff Arizona.

Shift: Day Shift 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult cardiology patients with a focus on heart rhythm disorders
Setting: Acute Care Hospital with associated In-Office Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient electrophysiology consultations averaging 3 4 consults per day
- Perform a high procedural volume of electrophysiology cases approximately 4 6 cases daily depending on complexity
- Diagnose evaluate and manage a wide range of cardiac rhythm disturbances
- Deliver care across both hospital-based and outpatient clinic settings
- Work collaboratively with cath lab teams nursing staff and multidisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Required Procedures:
- Comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology procedures with a strong emphasis on ablations
- Left-sided ablations with recent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated experience of at least 100 EP cases within the last 2 years with a primary focus on ablation procedures
- Ability to independently perform moderate sedation
- Perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) as part of procedural responsibilities

Days Per Month: Coverage based on the scheduled weeks listed below
On-Call/Weekends: No call responsibilities

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
- Active Arizona Medical License (IMLC accepted or willingness to obtain)
- ACLS Certification
- Active DEA
- Recent case logs demonstrating required electrophysiology and ablation experience
