UCHealth and the dedicated ENT group are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Endocrinologist to join their established patient-focused outpatient Endocrinology practice in Pueblo Colorado offering a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care in diabetes thyroid and osteoporosis management while enjoying the vibrant community stunning Rocky Mountain scenery and abundant outdoor lifestyle that Southern Colorado has to offer.

Job Description:

Seeking an enthusiastic candidate interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care.
Established outpatient Endocrinology practice located in Pueblo CO.
Offering adults specialized high level care for the treatment and management of diabetes thyroid dysfunction and osteoporosis. Practice does not see Pediatric patients.
In process of getting a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) on site.
Ultrasound capabilities within the clinic.
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
Enjoy a busy clinic schedule seeing about 15 patients/day.

Compensation and Benefits: (to be discussed further at second interview)
The pay range for this full-time position is $265000-$300000/annually. If applicable a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.

Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism - REQUIRED
Active CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED * no exemption required at presentation
Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED * no exemptions
