Job Summary

Position: Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS/ARRT-CV)

Location: Cypress TX 77433 (On-site)

Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts 7:00am 5:30pm (variable days)

On-Call Requirements: 10 12 on-call days per 5-week period (24-hour department coverage); 30-minute response time required

Position Summary

This role assists physicians in the Cath Lab as part of a team performing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate is proficient across Cath Lab procedures and can work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards for patient safety and quality.

What Youll Do

Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
Support safe efficient patient flow and procedural readiness (room setup supplies equipment and documentation as needed).
Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on patient safety sterile technique and quality outcomes.
Work collaboratively with the Cath Lab team to ensure excellent patient care and timely procedure support.

Must-Haves

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Invasive Cardiovascular Technology.
One required credential: RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) or ARRT-CV (Cardiovascular-Interventional) or ARRT-R / MRT (Radiologic Technologist).
Ability to meet on-call requirement (10 12 on-call days per 5-week period) and a 30-minute response time.

Preferred / Additional Notes

ACLS may be accepted in place of (or in addition to) BLS depending on department requirements.
If credentialed as RCIS by CCI since 2013 or earlier formal education may not be required per client guidelines.
