Job Summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing family-owned company headquartered in Overland Park KS. Were expanding our team and hiring a full-time in-office recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across multiple departments.

What Youll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles (intake sourcing screening interview coordination offers and handoff to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements candidate profiles and hiring timelines
Proactively source candidates via job boards referrals networking and outreach (not just inbound applicants)
Conduct phone/video screens and recommend top candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate interviews communicate next steps quickly and deliver a strong candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
Build pipelines for repeat/hard-to-fill positions
Support hiring events and local recruiting efforts (job fairs school programs community outreach)
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill pipeline health interview volume) and provide weekly updates

Requirements:

13 years of recruiting experience
Strong communication organization and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
Working knowledge of an ATS and recruiting platforms (Indeed/LinkedIn etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $48000 - $53000 per year (based on experience)
Benefits package includes Medical Dental Vision PTO and 401(k)

Location & Schedule

In-office: Overland Park KS
Monday - Friday 8-hour shift
Bonus: experience recruiting in construction trades sales or high-volume roles
