Contract to Hire Pay: $18-$19/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team on the Day shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills be proficient with computers and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing shipping operations ensuring accuracy in documentation and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Handle shipping and receiving tasks ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members. Communicate effectively with team members and customers in a bilingual capacity as needed. Utilize Excel and email tools to manage shipping documentation and correspondence. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. Support other administrative or operational duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required: Strong customer service skills. Proficient in computer use including SAP Excel and email platforms. Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
