Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
- Build the brand image develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time
- Build and implement a 360 external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity
- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches brand events
- Measure and report performance of all communication campaigns and assess against goal with ROI and KPIs
- Track media coverage identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Develop and manage media relations and external networks (Influencers Micro Influencers XHS Influencers Celebrities Magazine Editors Beauty Journalists etc.)
- Manage brands social media accounts
- Manage brand communications budget
- Administrative support includes PR stock management and PO creation
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced role you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:
- 3 years experience in Marketing luxury beauty marketing will be a credit.
- Project Management: Ability to work independently to deliver project deliverables.
- Strong communication and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources.
- Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
