We are hiring an Abandoned Cart Sales Executive responsible for converting dropped carts into successful orders. The role involves connecting with customers via calls WhatsApp and email to understand concerns pitch suitable offers and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on abandoned carts through calls WhatsApp and emails
- Identify reasons for cart abandonment and address customer objections
- Pitch relevant offers discounts or solutions to drive conversions
- Close sales and ensure timely order confirmation
- Update all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate / Undergraduate
-13 years of mandatory experience in Abandoned Cart / E-commerce Telesales(Internship experience also counts)
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome to apply
Preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online payment processes
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer follow-ups
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
