UCTiscurrentlyseekingaManagerGlobalHRIStomanageourglobalUKGPro/UltiProHRsysteminAustinTexas. This role will partner with the global HR Team and business to make thoughtful process optimizations that will help the team better service the business and prepare for continued UKG Pro / UltiPro enhancements. Responsibilities include continuous maintenance of the HR system project management providing recommendations process documentation designing internal processes partnering with IT on global HR system projects and bridging the gaps between the business and technology.

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:

• Manage UKG Pro HR system configuration security business processes and roles and ensure the current setup is aligned with best practices.
• FacilitateandprojectmanageHRIS-relatedprojectsinpartnershipwithIT(scopingplanningrequirementsgatheringandexecuting).
• PerformactivitiesrelatedtoUKGPromaintenancetroubleshootingandtestingincludingsemi-annualreleases.
• UpholddataintegrityacrossHRISandrelatedsystemsensuringaccuratedataentryfromvarioussources.
• Analyzeworkflowsandproposesystemimprovementsaddressingbothprocessandsystemrequirements.
• GenerateHRdataanalyticsandreportsstreamliningreportingprocessesandreducingmanualefforts.
• Coordinateongoingreportingeffortstobuilddashboardsforheadcountreportsanddiversityreporting.
• CollaboratewithstakeholderstoupdateHRISprocessesandworkflowsinresponsetochanges.
• Identifyopportunitiesforprocessautomationandsystemefficiencyenhancements.
• LiaisebetweenHRandITteamscoordinatingsystemdevelopmentprojectsandtechnicalmaintenance.
• ActasanHRISsubjectmatterexpertprovidingusertraininganddevelopingproceduraldocumentation.
• Manageandleadestablishedcontrolsforauditorrequestsandwalkthroughs.
• HandlegovernmentcompliancereportingfortheU.S.(CAPayDataEEO-1etc.)andothercountriesasneeded.

KnowledgeSkillsandAbilities:

• Hands-on experience with a leading integrated HRIS platform (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM UKG) is required. Proficiency should include system configuration data management and process optimization.
• Well-versedinHRbusinessprocessandemployeelifecycle(HiretoRetire).
• Knowledge of working with UKG Core/People Compensation Recruiting/Onboarding Benefits Talent Management HR Service Delivery and People Analytics isideal.
• StrongknowledgeofPeopleAnalyticsandreportingtoolsincludingdashboardcreationisideal.
• Attentiontodetailexcellentorganizationskillsandastrongsenseofownership.
• Abilitytomulti-taskbalancingtherequirementsofmaintainingseveralcompetingprojectsandprioritiesinanambiguous/fast-pacedenvironment.
• Abilitytoworkunderminimalsupervisiontocompleteprojects;processinginitiativetoaddressissuesandopportunities.
• Excellentprojectmanagementanalyticalandorganizationalskills(preferred).
• ProficientinMSOfficeproductsparticularlyExcel.
• Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkinadynamicteamenvironment.
• Abilitytohandleconfidentialinformationwithdiscretionandmaintainprivacy.

Educational/CertificationRequirement:

• BachelorsdegreeinBusinessHumanResourcesComputerScienceorrelatedfieldorequivalentexperience.
• PMPcertificationaplusbutisnotarequirement.

ExperienceRequirement:

• 8yearsofexperienceinasenior/managerrolesupportingHRISfunction.
• 5yearsexperiencesupportinglargeHRISand/orSaaSApplicationsinHR.
• 5yearsofHRISimplementationexperienceandprojectmanagement.
• 5yearsrelevantexperienceinqualityassuranceonfulllife-cycledevelopmentprojectssystemsanalysissoftwareapplicationsdevelopmentqualityassuranceandtesting.
• Supervisoryexperienceaplus.
