About the Role
The Services Operations and Engagement Managerownsthesystem support and operational executionof our services business. This role ensures smooth project setup resource allocation and operational workflows across multiple systems enabling our teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What Youll Do:
- Create and manage services projectsindesignated tools.
- Allocate and assign specializedSitecoreresources to projects based on client needs.
- Streamline various project case types for efficiency and consistency.
- Support workflows between integrated systems tomaintainoperational accuracy.
- Produce reports aggregating data from multiple systems and sources for business insights.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across multiple cultures and regions (AMR and EMEA).
What Youll Need:
- Strong ability to learn quickly think methodically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams and geographies.
- Experience withCertinia ServiceNow and advanced reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with global service operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
