Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Under the general direction of the Director of Security Services the incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of all training programs required by the Security Department.
The incumbents position is to ensure all staff have been properly trained and their personal development continues to grow and increase as members of the Security Department.
