Small Fish Big Fish Swim School is seeking an energetic detail-oriented individual to join our team at our West Palm Beach location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

Full - time: 32 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $14.50 per hour
This position requires standing and walking throughout the facility including the pool deck area
Must be available to work Monday - Friday; excluding Thursdays (Facility closed on Thursdays)
Must be comfortable working without shoes in designated areas

Candidate Must:

Be an advocate for creating a fun welcoming environment
Present a professional and positive first impression
Greet and welcome families and students
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills (in person phone and email)
Love working with children and enjoy daily interaction with them
Demonstrate a strong desire to make a difference
Adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a growth mindset when educating families about swim and gymnastics programs
Be reliable detail-oriented and team-focused

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
