Job Description: Online Help Desk Agent at Measutronics
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via online channels such as chat email and social media
- Address customer inquiries troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely responses
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of technical support concepts and software applications
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or help desk role
Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus
