Responsibilities: 1. Act as lead engagement officer in 38 (Irish) Brigade ensuring all aspects of engagement delivered and deconflicting with all stakeholders; RFCA NI DRM RG and sS. 2. Lead in the delivery of Bde flagship events including AFD and RGS. 3. Lead in the delivery of Employer Engagement planning and delivery activities at the Defence level in support of Op FORTITUDE. Including Employer Notification (EN). Share relevant information on local regional and national employers that are likely to impact on Reservist recruitment. 4. Run the Engagement Steering Group (ESG) to fuse and deconflict activity at the regional level using the MIS Understanding Employer Engagement (UCE) as a campaign tool. 5. Lead on the Engagement outreach programme with education bodies employers and uniformed youth bodies. 6. Lead for the coordination of Regional Employer Engagement Board (REEB) activities and deliver all military aspect of events as required. Liaise with Public and Private sector employers in collaboration with DRM. 7. Lead on RC ABC planning and presentation. 8. Act as CO Band Royal Irish Regiment and Bde SO1 Cadets. |
