Job Summary
- Location – Mumbai HO
- Reporting to – Chief Digital Officer
- Role & responsibilities
- Driving the org’s value chain (Procurement Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance HR etc.) digital application strategy as per business requirements
- Identifying key use cases where applications are required
- Identifying the best applications for each use case
- Decide on whether the applications should be built in house or outsourced
- Managing development of the applications to ensure timely execution
- Managing lifecycle of the applications to ensure continuity
- Scope includes Vendor Management App/Portal Logistics management app/portal Finance RPA and Industry 4.0
- Driving the org’s value chain (Procurement Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance HR etc.) digital application strategy as per business requirements
Role is based out of Baroda(Manufacturing HQ). Most plants are based in Baroda and Halol.
- Wires and Cables(ideal) Metal Process Mfg(plant is running continuously (input & output)
- Multple projects in Mfg set-up(MES Industry 4.0 analytics for plant)
- Strong Vendor development
- Strong Internal Stakeholder- IT Infra Networking and Cyber Security. Closely working Plant Head and Maintenance Head
- Person will be responsible for creating Mfg digitization road map. This team will be essentially involved in Solutioning( identify problems identify platforms and architecture and Expected ROI Create Solutions and then Identify partners for the execution
- Mfg (background-shop floor)- Maintenance or Electrical background-understand
- 2 people reporting(8 to 10 yrs). 1 in Halol and 1 in Daman.
- Ability to manage stakeholder political environment Assertive Super street smart
- Ambition to drive and push big projects . How to sell ideas
