SALARY:Starting Salary Opportunity: $53600

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS:Bonus at Target $6968

  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business resultspursuant tothe Bonus Plan; listedamountare targeted values and notguarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec and Craft Direct Delivery in Ontario and BC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Accounts Receivable collection risk through credit policies.
  • Reduce Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) Overdue (OVD) and Bad Debt.
  • Reconcile payments to customers accounts.
  • Maintain sound credit policy keeping credit losses and slow collection of receivables to a minimum.
  • Responsible for setting new customer credit terms.
  • Analysis and resolution of disputes and issues which cause orders and/or accounts to be locked.
  • Unlock or lock accounts and orders as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in reasons and value for credits issued.
  • Communicate with customers and distributors to collect on outstanding invoices coordinate with external collections if required.
  • Process and review orders ensuring criteria met for order releasing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual in French & English
  • 2-3 years business experience in A/R and Credit Collection
  • 2-3 years business experience in Accounting
