Job Summary

Role: Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Data and AI)
Structure: 1 year contract
Location: Downtown Montreal QC Hybrid 3 days per week in office
Rates: $95.00 - $110.00 p/h INC.

Deliverables

Lead and deliver complex enterprise AI advanced analytics and data modernization initiatives from planning through execution and closeout ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Establish and maintain structured governance frameworks including scope control risk management executive reporting budget oversight and benefit realization tracking.
Coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams across business IT data legal risk and external partners to ensure timely compliant and high-quality delivery.
Drive change management adoption and continuous improvement practices while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards architecture principles and procurement policies.

Experience Required

15 years of experience delivering complex IT or business transformation initiatives including 10 years in senior project or program management roles.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale data analytics or AI-enabled initiatives including data platform modernization and advanced analytics capabilities.
Strong experience managing multi-stream delivery in structured governance environments with elevated risk regulatory and organizational impact.
Solid understanding of enterprise data ecosystems AI fundamentals hybrid delivery models (agile and waterfall) and executive-level reporting practices.
Bachelors degree in a related discipline with bilingual (French/English) communication skills and project management certifications considered an asset.
