Overview
Serves as process leadertobuild and review annual operating and capital budgetsfor designated entity(s).Acts asa FinancePartner to assignedSenior and Operations Managers supporting their financial needs and serving as a knowledge resource to them.Works with Operations Managers to appropriatelyallocatedepartmental costs to the activity code level.Develops and shares service line profitability analyses lease-buy analyses financialprojectionsand other analytic reportssuch as developing and tracking financial improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Supports assigned hospital leadership with their financial needs and acts as a knowledge resource to them reviewing financial data interpreting performanceassistingwith variance analysis makingrecommendations for improvements.Develops an in-depth working relationship with assigned operations managers.
- Createsreviewsandvalidatesreports and reporting systems used by management including service line profitability analyses lease-buy analyses financialprojectionsand other monitoring reports; synthesizes complex data into user-friendly presentations. Effectively communicates reports and findings toappropriate parties.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelorsdegree in accounting orbusiness required
Experience: Minimum of threeyearsaccounting experience required
