Position Overview
Reporting to theDirector of Business Applications theEDIAnalystis a strategic and technical role responsible for designing implementing and governing enterprise-wide integration solutions. This role ensures seamless secure and scalable data exchange across internal systems trading partners and third-party platforms while alsoassistingwith long-term integration projects.

Requirements
- 2 years of experiencewithsupply chainintegration products(EDI).
- 2 years of experience withERP systems.
- 2 years of experience working with middleware products (Celigo Boomi SPS CommerceTrueCommerce Etc.).
- Knowledge of current EDI protocols standards and integration tools.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflowspertaining tosupply chainslogistics and retail domains.
- Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifyand resolve data communication and system integration issues quickly.
- Workedas part of ateam in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily EDI transaction flow to ensure orders shipments invoices and acknowledgments are processed accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors and failures working quickly to prevent disruptions to order fulfillment and customer service.
- Supportonboarding ofnew trading partnersand 3PLsincluding setup testing and certification across EDI platforms.
- Maintain and update EDI maps and configurations to support trading partner requirements and business changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer ServiceOperationsandFinance) to resolve data process and transaction issues.
- Create andmaintainEDI documentation and SOPs to ensure consistent repeatable and well-documented processes.
- Identifyand implementintegrationimprovements including scalability automating manual processes andoptimizingbusinessprocessesand data delivery.
- Facilitaterequirementsgathering solution design reviews and post-integrationsupport.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
