Are you a hands-on Financial Controller who enjoys being close to the numbers and keeping the finance engine running smoothly We are recruiting for a well-rounded experienced finance professional to join a growing operationally driven business where youll take ownership of the full finance function with added exposure to admin and HR support.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment enjoys structure and control and is confident rolling up their sleeves. Youll play a key role in maintaining clean financials strong controls and reliable reporting while also being involved in an exciting ERP migration from Sage 300 to Xero.

Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 510 years experience in a Financial Controller
- Qualification not essential proven experience and capability are key
- Strong hands-on experience with journals reconciliations and trial balance
- Solid accounts payable experience
- Exposure to admin and HR responsibilities
- Experience working on Sage 300 (essential); Xero exposure highly advantageous
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
