Job Summary

The Opportunity

Provide expert advice and consultation on compliance matters across multiple areas such as Anti-Money Laundering Privacy Transaction Monitoring Governance and Regulatory Risk. Lead the implementation of compliance policies and procedures ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Advise on complex compliance issues and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain compliance policies procedures and training programs.

  • Conduct risk assessments monitoring and remediation activities.

  • Support business units on compliance for new products projects and global initiatives.

  • Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.

  • Lead compliance projects and governance committees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Legal Finance Business or related field.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in financial services compliance or risk management.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance.

  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence decision-making and manage complex projects across multiple jurisdictions.
