Job Summary

Job Title: House Manager

Location: Colwyn Bay
Salary: 35992.per annum 50 per sleep-in
Earning Potential: Up to 43557.28 per annum
Working Hour: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern with sleep-ins 8 management hours
Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in
Service: Supported Living / Supported Accommodation
Service Users: 1625-year-olds with complex needs trauma backgrounds EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
Experience in Years Required:

  • 2 years in Health & Social Care

  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
    Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time / Part-Time)

  • Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Care Leavers

  • Ofsted Rating: 50% of homes rated Outstanding

  • Ratio of staff to children: High staff-to-young-person ratio

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced confident and values-led House Manager with a passion for empowering young people to develop independence and life skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a care-leaving supported accommodation provision in line with Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023

  • Managing and developing a staff team

  • Ensuring safeguarding compliance and high-quality standards

  • Creating and reviewing independence plans and progression pathways

  • Acting as a role model and mentor to young people and staff

  • Overseeing rotas performance audits inspections and budgets

  • Working flexibly including weekends and sleep-ins
