Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Join Pier One Sydney Harbour as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead the charge in creating unforgettable morning moments.
Youll lead dinner service with precision and personality ensuring every guest finishes their day with a smile. From setting the tone to supporting the team youll bring energy expertise and excellence to every shift.
- Supervise dinner operations
- Transition into bar or lunch service as neededflexibility is key
- Support staff on the floor solve problems and elevate guest experiences
- Be a hands on leader serving guests as and when needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene presentation and service
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledge
- Monitor stock control costs and ensure accurate billing
- Uphold RSA and licensing guidelines with confidence and care
- Proven experience in event à la carte and private dining room service
- Flexible availability and a team-first mindset
- Strong leadership adaptability and problem-solving skills
- RSA certification and a commitment to responsible service
