Job Summary
In this hands on role you will:
- Work alongside the F&B Manager to supervise daily operations across the restaurant bar and conferencing events when required.
- Provide the team support guidance and growth opportunities.
- Ensure guests and patrons receive an experience that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standard operating practices
- Work independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Manager as required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience within the Food Beverage and Conference sector.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment
- Strong communication skills and problem solving.
- Working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
