Housekeeping Supervisor

Purpose

As Housekeeping Supervisor you are the driving force behind our Housekeeping teams success! You oversee the achievement of daily cleaning excellence uplift team spirits and shape our Housekeeping team into cleanliness champions. With your coaching finesse you will guarantee our team consistently delivers top-tier cleanliness and productivity ensuring a sparkling and secure stay for our guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• You will support and coordinate our housekeeping teams daily activities ensuring a smooth workflow
• Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills
• Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences
• Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution
• Ensure safety standards are met monitoring labour costs and conducting daily room inspections for quality assurance

Qualifications :

Skills and Experience

• A sharp eye for detail and previous leadership experience in Housekeeping
• Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills along with a friendly and outgoing personality
• The ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day
• A high standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance
• Willingness to not only lead the team but to also work alongside them to ensure their success
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
