With billiards darts golf simulators arcade games projection screens and a full-service restaurant Sharks has been Shawnees go-to place for good times since 2006.
Were now looking for a skilled hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar operations elevate guest experiences and drive sales in a high-energy entertainment-driven environment.
What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day bar operations including staff management scheduling and training.
Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver fast friendly and consistent service.
Manage inventory ordering and cost controls to maximize bar profitability.
Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the GM and FOH leadership team to support events promotions and late-night operations.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism keeping the Sharks brand experience fun and memorable.
What Were Looking For
2 years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a busy high-volume setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff.
Solid knowledge of beer wine cocktails and industry trends.
Comfortable with POS systems scheduling and bar inventory software.
Must be 21 with the ability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
