The client is seeking a Technical Product Manager / Senior Product Owner with strong digital front-end and web acquisition experience to help transform the clients web-based customer acquisition experience.
Role Summary
Seeking a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner with digital front-end experience to lead and transform the clients web acquisition and customer experience platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the voice of the customer partnering closely with UX teams to ensure a consistent high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle
Work with Scrum teams to guide product development by defining and communicating:
Detailed software product requirements
User stories
Acceptance criteria
Partner with cross-functional teams through:
Functional requirements gathering
Implementation and validation
Initial launch and full service lifecycle
Define functional and non-functional requirements for Scrum team execution
Manage product development including:
Product requirements gathering and definition
Project planning and project management
Budgeting and financial acumen
Test design and execution
Long-term tactical roadmap
Release management and planning
Maintain alignment with peer Product Managers and key stakeholders
Required Skills Abilities & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner following an engineering background is preferred
Technical and strategic Product Manager with B2C digital / web / e-commerce transformation experience
Expertise in web/digital customer acquisition across the full funnel
Strong understanding of:
Voice of Customer (VOC)
Web UI
Customer Journey
Data insights
Bias for action
Excellent storyteller with the ability to:
Clearly articulate customer value (WHY)
Define product outcomes (WHAT)
Partner with teams on execution (HOW & WHEN)
Experience as a software engineer working through the SDLC
