More about the role:
- If we were hiring a CTH the role is a 409 role (manager level) meaning 5 years of experience.
- The person would be working with an engineering team that recently transitioned from the business into DDAT. As part of that transition will shift to working in a product model as agile team. Theyre not working in agile today.
- They configure and customize applications for our internal telesales agents that sell our Medicare products to individuals over the phone. They work with a mix of vendor (Think Agent telephony) and internally developed for CRM etc.
- Looking for someone with experience in product owner comfortable working with teams early in their agile transformation.
- Location: dev team is in Hartford so preference for proximity with ability to go into the office occasionally. Preference for ability to go into office 2-3 days a week most weeks
- Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years experience in product management function
- 5 years required experience in software product management with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment
- 3 years of experience working with agent/sales enablement platforms or similar internal-facing tools that support sales or customer service teams. (AA: things like sales & enrollment tools CRMs
- Ability to work east cost hours
- 3 years of experience working with an agile team in Scrum
- Preferred
- Experience with health insurance Medicare
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.) and product/project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Lucid Charts Miro etc.).
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong Software Development Knowledge Understand coding software architecture and development processes and ability to adapt to current technologies
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
