Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Product Owner / Scrum Master with strong expertise in the Credit domain particularly Commercial Credit to support high-impact banking initiatives.
This hybrid functional role requires a professional who can effectively drive Agile delivery manage product priorities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across business and technology.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Credit Domain (Critical Requirement)
- Strong expertise in the Credit domain
- Hands-on experience with Commercial Credit
- Deep understanding of:
- Credit lifecycle
- Underwriting processes
- Risk assessment
- Regulatory & compliance considerations
Product Owner Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong experience managing:
- Product backlogs
- User stories
- Prioritization & roadmap alignment
Scrum Master Experience
- Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum teams
Agile / Scrum Expertise
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience working closely with Scrum teams & stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to bridge business & technology teams
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical mindset
