Position : HR Executive
Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the effective implementation of HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment support employee engagement HR documentation and compliance while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing coordination interview scheduling and onboarding
Maintain employee records HR databases and documentation
Assist in the implementation of HR policies procedures and SOPs
Coordinate joining formalities induction and exit processes
Manage attendance leave records and basic payroll coordination
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR-related reports
Coordinate training and development activities as required
