Job Summary

Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with safety health and environmental standards.
Manage facility maintenance vendor contracts and service delivery for site utilities security cleaning and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of site assets inventory and equipment including procurement and lifecycle tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for scheduling access control and site-related logistics.
Prepare and manage site reports including operational summaries incident logs and compliance documentation.
Serve as the primary liaison between management employees and third-party service providers.
Implement and enforce administrative policies procedures and documentation standards.
Support HR and onboarding activities including new employee orientation and site access provisioning.
Monitor and respond to site emergencies or operational disruptions ensuring timely resolution.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance site efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facility Management Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site operations facility management or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing vendor contracts maintenance schedules and service-level agreements.
Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA and other relevant safety and compliance regulations.
Proficient in asset and inventory management systems including digital tracking tools.
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience with emergency response planning and incident reporting.
Familiarity with HR onboarding
