Job Summary

Lead and manage the execution of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works across assigned projects in Vadodara.
Coordinate with project managers design engineers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of E&I systems.
Review and approve technical documents drawings and specifications related to E&I installations.
Supervise field activities including cable laying termination testing calibration and commissioning of instrumentation systems.
Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC IEEE ISA) company policies and safety regulations (OSHA ISO 45001).
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality progress and adherence to project timelines.
Manage E&I subcontractors including performance evaluation resource allocation and issue resolution.
Prepare and present progress reports risk assessments and mitigation plans to senior management.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency reduce downtime and optimize system performance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
510 years of progressive experience in E&I execution within industrial or process plant environments.
Proven experience in managing E&I projects from concept to commissioning including design review procurement installation and testing.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power distribution motors control panels) and instrumentation (sensors transmitters DCS/PLC systems).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs single-line diagrams loop diagrams).
Experience with project management tools (MS Project Primavera P6) and documentation systems.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Valid safety certifications (e.g. OSHA NEBOSH or equivalent) and a strong commitment to safety-first culture.
Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and travel as required for project support.
