Job Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff member you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers performing various ground handling tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Check and weigh baggage issue boarding passes and process tickets
- Assist with aircraft boarding and onboarding procedures
- Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient operation of flights
- Maintain a safe and clean airport environment
- Handle and process cargo mail and other airport-related tasks
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service always
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
Experience:
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required
- Freshers are welcome to apply
