Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain ServiceNow applications workflows and custom modules to support business operations.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven virtual agents and automation workflows using ServiceNows Virtual Agent and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) features.
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable maintainable technical solutions.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and AI services.

Requirements
- BE/B. Tech in Computer Science IT or a related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development customization and integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide scripting ServiceNow Studio and REST/SOAP API development.
- Experience with AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents including ServiceNow Virtual Agent or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance and issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration in a global environment.
- Ability to create and maintain clear comprehensive technical documentation.
