Job Summary
- Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and chemical processes.
- Conduct advanced chemical analysis and interpretation of results.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols regulatory standards and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and process optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments results and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements in testing methodologies and operational workflows.
- Train and mentor junior team members in laboratory techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
AM / Chemistry (59 years)
- . Chemistry with 59 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or industrial setting.
- Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques safety regulations and quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and mentor team members.
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and standard data analysis tools.
