Key Result Areas
Role-specific:
- Should be well verse with analytical method development for biological products such as chromatography capillary electrophoresis cIEF impurity methods etc.
- Should be proficient in operation and maintenance of SCIEX Maurice spectramax PCR instruments etc.
- Execute laboratory experiments force degradation stability in-process sample analysis and documenting them in detail in laboratory notebook and ELN.
- Compilation of data interpretation and preparation of development report STP SAR SOP EOP IOP and technical presentations.
- Draft experimental protocol and getting it reviewed by the team lead.
- Forecasting of material required in a given project where he/she has been assigned a role.
- Always ensure safety and data integrity compliance.
- Should provide data and maintain the SQDECC and other operational excellence activities.
- Follow environment health and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.

Education and Experience
Education

Industry Experience
Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant practical experience in an R&D organization (pharma biopharma/biotech).
Other competencies required for the role
- Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams reporting in.
- Contributing to development of procedures practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to companys integrity & quality standards.
- Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment health and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times.
- Ensuring safety of self teams and labs by adhering to safety protocols and following environment health and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity health and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self.
- Compliance to Syngenes quality standards at all times.
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals. Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time.
