Job Title: Brand Manager
Department/Group: Marketing

Position Reports to:Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
Ownership of the brand P&L for the brand/categories in consideration
Responsible for the 3-year strategy plan and annual operating plan for the brand/categories in consideration
Develop and refine the brand architecture in view of the competition and market trends in the relevant categories of consideration.
New Product Development: Develop a pipeline of new product launches/innovations for the brand; responsible for clearing the stage
gates for the new products from idea to launch
Responsible for building consumer insights for the brand
Effectively work with creative/advertising agencies to create campaigns for the brand
Effectively design media campaigns in line with the brands marketing objectives
Develop Activations/BTL activities in line with the annual brand plan
Liaise with the sales team for effective deploying of BTL activities and monitor performance of schemes and trade activations
Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates with minimum 3 years experience in FMCG Marketing having an MBA.
