Pay: $17.50$19.00/hour (based on Credentials and Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Must start training by March 1st 2026* Based on Credentials and Schedule)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday No Weekends

- Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum in fun developmentally appropriate ways
- Support childrens social emotional and academic development
- Build positive relationships with children families and teammates
- Communicate regularly with parents via our app and in person
- Maintain classroom cleanliness organization and daily routines
- Follow all Florida licensing health and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with your classroom team and leadership
- Supervise children at all times and ensure proper ratios are maintained
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- 1- 3 Years of professional teaching experience (3 year preferred)
- High school diploma/GED required (Associates in ECE or related field preferred)
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential preferred
- Strong communication teamwork and classroom management skills
- Reliable punctual and professional
- Ability to meet all Florida licensing requirements including background screening and required trainings
- Ability to lift carry and move children (up to approximately 4050 lbs)
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and move quickly throughout the day
- Ability to engage with children at their level including floor activities for extended periods
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors during scheduled activities
