In this role you will be a HR Director for a client in the manufacturing/distribution industry. This role is responsible for to provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions across the organization.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in HR or Business a requirement
  • 7 years of experience as a HR Director
  • Must have a background in strategic leadership
  • Must have a background in Manufacturing or Distribution
  • Strong background in compensation design performance management compliance and change management
  • HR certification preferred (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP)
  • Must have a background with HRIS platforms and data-driven reporting
  • Background in Change Management and Corporate Communications
  • Payroll Benefits Systems & Administration background
  • Compliance Risk and Reporting background- must be able to do compliance reporting including: EEO-1 CA Pay Data wage reporting 401K audit support OSHA DOL and EEOC requirements
  • Talent Performance and Development experience
  • Compensation incentives and workforce planning experience
  • Background with Strategic Leadership and Governance
  • Limited travel but about 20-25% a year
