Client Care Coordinator
Job Overview
The Client Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and delivers a seamless professional customer experience. This role manages inbound inquiries schedules services and ensures clear communication between clients inspectors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls emails and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule inspections mitigation services and pest control appointments accurately
- Educate clients on services processes timelines and next steps
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and scheduling systems
- Coordinate with inspectors technicians and dispatch to ensure smooth operations
- Handle reschedules cancellations and urgent requests with professionalism
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 years of customer service call center or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Proficient with CRM systems scheduling software and basic office tools
- Real estate home services or inspection industry experience is a plus
