Client Care Coordinator

Job Overview

The Client Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and delivers a seamless professional customer experience. This role manages inbound inquiries schedules services and ensures clear communication between clients inspectors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls emails and online inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule inspections mitigation services and pest control appointments accurately
  • Educate clients on services processes timelines and next steps
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and scheduling systems
  • Coordinate with inspectors technicians and dispatch to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle reschedules cancellations and urgent requests with professionalism
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service call center or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
  • Proficient with CRM systems scheduling software and basic office tools
  • Real estate home services or inspection industry experience is a plus
