What youll do

Reporting to the Chief People Officer the Senior Director Talent Acquisition will own the global talent acquisition strategy and execution for Pindrop leading a lean but high-impact recruiting team spanning the U.S. and international markets. This role will shape the companys global hiring philosophy drive operational excellence across all recruiting processes and elevate the candidate experience as a strategic differentiator.

  • Build and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth future skill needs and our organizational values.
  • Lead mentor and develop a geographically distributed team of recruiters supporting all business functionsGo-To-Market Engineering Research and G&A.
  • Partner closely with C-Suite and Finance team to build accurate headcount forecasts align hiring plans to budget realities and ensure the company stays ahead of talent needs through proactive workforce modeling.
  • Design and optimize a modern data-informed recruiting model integrating AI automation and analytics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Ensure global recruiting compliance across all regions including EMEA Eastern Europe and other emerging markets.
  • Own and refine candidate experience representing Pindrops brand of trust innovation and human connection at every stage of the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with People Operations Compensation and HRIS teams to align recruiting offers and total rewards philosophy.
  • Oversee vendor relationships agency partnerships and recruiting technology stack performance.
  • Partner with leadership to shape Pindrops global employment brand and talent storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Establish measurable metrics for recruiting excellence including diversity velocity quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.

Who you are

You are a global recruiting leader who thrives in a high-growth fast-moving environment. You balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and believe that great recruiting is both an art and a science.

  • 10 years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience including at least 35 years in a global or senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across diverse functionsengineering GTM research and G&A.
  • Experience scaling hiring operations internationally; familiarity with regional labor and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to advise senior executives and translate business goals into talent strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to modernize recruiting processes through AI automation and technology innovation.

  • Exceptional relationship builder and storyteller who creates trust with candidates hiring managers and peers.
  • Skilled in designing compensation frameworks or collaborating closely with compensation leaders (preferred).
  • Data-driven and analyticalcomfortable using metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Known for a leadership style that inspires empowers and develops others while maintaining operational discipline.

Please note that the base pay range is a general guideline only. Pindrop considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position a candidates work experience education/training and key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
