As the Sr. Director of Marketing/Director of Marketing you will set the vision and strategy that elevates 24 Hour Home Care and the broader TPC West portfolio as leaders in the home care industrywhile staying grounded in our mission and values. Youll lead a high-performing team and partner cross-functionally to drive brand authority growth and measurable business impact across internal and external channels.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Own and execute the companys marketing strategy aligned to growth goals and business priorities
Shape and steward brand strategy ensuring consistency credibility and alignment with mission and values
Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote value proposition leadership and key business outcomes
Drive acquisition and retention strategies across digital social SEO website PR content lifecycle marketing and events
Launch optimize and measure ROI for Direct-to-Consumer marketing channels
Build thought leadership through trade shows partnerships and industry presence
Manage marketing operations budget and performance tracking to ensure strong ROI
Develop scalable processes tools and a marketing playbook to support growth across the TPC West family of brands
Hire mentor and develop a collaborative results-driven marketing team
This is a hybrid position coming into our El Segundo headquarters 1x month.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
710 years of strategic marketing experience building and scaling brands with measurable ROI
Proven experience leading teams and executing across multiple channels and initiatives
Strong digital and analytical background (SEO social marketing automation analytics)
Exceptional communication skillsclear concise and compelling
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced growth-oriented environments
Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot Google Analytics; design and web experience a plus
A genuine passion for helping others and advancing mission-driven work
