Student Advocacy & Accountability (SAA) seeks a motivated WAE - Case Manager to support student learning growth and accountability. Reporting to the Assistant Director of SAA this role offers hands-on experience in student conduct administration including interpreting and applying LSUs Code of Student Conduct and helping students navigate academic and behavioral challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
Direct Student Support & Supervision (90%): Conducts investigations and adjudication of cases in accordance with the Code of Student Conduct and other University policies. Manage and develop academic resources assist in running reports to analyze data to increase efficiencies conduct training and presentations on behalf of the department.
Quality Control (5%): Ensures quality accuracy and continuous improvement in all programs communications and processes.
Other Duties (5%): Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Director of Student Advocacy & Accountability.
